Booking your MaxiCab with us couldn’t be simpler. We offer multiple channels so you can choose what’s most convenient:

  • Online Booking Form: Fill out your trip details including pickup location, destination, date and time, number of passengers, and vehicle preference. After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation within 15 minutes during office hours.

  • WhatsApp Chat: If you have quick questions or special requests, or if you need assistance with last-minute bookings, message us on WhatsApp. Our team is ready to respond promptly and guide you.

  • Phone Booking: For personalized assistance or corporate bookings, call our customer service team during office hours.

When you make a booking, try to provide as much detail as possible about your trip. This helps us find the best vehicle for your needs and avoid any delays on the day.


Essential Information to Provide

To ensure your ride matches your expectations, please share these details when booking:

  • Exact pickup and drop-off addresses or recognizable landmarks. This helps our drivers find you easily, especially in large buildings or busy areas.

  • Date and time of pickup. If your plans are flexible, let us know so we can offer the best available slot.

  • Number of passengers traveling. This affects which vehicle options are suitable.

  • Amount and size of luggage. Large or bulky luggage may require a larger vehicle.

  • Vehicle preference. We have 6, 7, 8, 9, and more seater vehicles, plus wheelchair-accessible options.

  • Special requirements such as wheelchair access, child seats, or multiple stops.

Booking Confirmation and Timing

We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your trip for airport transfers and long-distance travel. 

This allows us to reserve your preferred vehicle and plan your driver’s schedule. For urgent or same-day bookings, please contact us directly — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.


Waiting Time and Delays

  • Airport pickups come with 45 minutes of free waiting time from your flight’s arrival. We monitor flight statuses, so your driver adjusts pickup timing if your flight is delayed.

  • For other trips, we offer 10 minutes of free waiting time at the pickup location.

  • If waiting time exceeds these free periods, a charge of $15 per 15 minutes applies.

  • We encourage you to be punctual to avoid unnecessary waiting fees and delays.


Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change, so here’s our cancellation policy:

  • Local trips within Singapore: Cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup without penalty.

  • Airport transfers, hourly bookings, and cross-border trips: Please cancel at least 12 hours prior.

  • Cancellations made after these times may incur a 50% charge.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations without notice may be charged the full fare.

  • For group or event bookings, stricter cancellation terms may apply.


Changes to Bookings

If you need to adjust your booking — whether it’s the time, location, or passenger count — please notify us at least 3 hours before pickup

We’ll do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee last-minute changes.


Payment Options and Receipts

We offer multiple payment methods for your convenience:

  • Cash payment directly to the driver after the trip.

  • Digital payments via PayNow or PayLah! QR codes.

  • Bank transfers available for advance or corporate bookings.

  • Credit card payments through a secure online link (ideal for advance bookings).

For larger bookings such as corporate events or cross-border trips, we may request a deposit to confirm your reservation. We’ll always provide a clear receipt or invoice upon payment, so you have full transparency on your transaction.


What to Expect on Your Trip Day

Your driver will arrive on time, dressed professionally and ready to assist with your luggage and any special requests. 

If you’re booked for an airport pickup, your driver will track your flight’s arrival time and adjust accordingly to ensure you’re not waiting around.

For hourly or multi-stop bookings, your driver will be available for the entire duration, ensuring smooth transfers between locations. 

All our vehicles are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving you peace of mind from start to finish.
