How to Book Your MaxiCab
You have several easy options to book your MaxiCab:
Online Booking: Use our online booking form any time, day or night. Just enter your pickup location, destination, travel date and time, number of passengers, and any special needs like wheelchair access or child seats. Once you send your booking request, we will confirm your ride quickly by WhatsApp, SMS, or email with all the details you need.

We recommend booking as early as possible—at least 24 hours in advance—to secure your preferred vehicle and time. For urgent bookings, please contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp.
Important Booking Policies
To give you the best service, please note our booking policies:
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel free of charge if done more than 2 hours before your pickup time. If you cancel within 2 hours, we charge 50% of the fare. Cancelling less than 30 minutes before or not showing up will result in full fare payment.
Changes to Bookings: Need to change your ride? Let us know at least 2 hours before pickup. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on vehicle availability.
Late Night and Early Morning Charges: Bookings between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM may have extra fees. We will inform you of any such charges during booking.
Payment Methods: You can pay by cash, PayNow, PayLah!, or credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX). For corporate clients, invoice billing is available. Our fares are clear—no hidden costs. Please note that ERP tolls and parking fees, if applicable, are extra.
No-Show: If our driver arrives and cannot contact you, this counts as a no-show and you will be charged the full fare.
Special Requests: Child seats and wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available on request. Please specify when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
What to Expect on Your Journey
Your driver will arrive on time, assist with your luggage if needed, and ensure a comfortable, safe ride. Our vehicles are air-conditioned, clean, and spacious, suitable for groups of all sizes — from solo travelers to groups up to 13 passengers, including wheelchair-accessible options.
