Once your flight lands, we’ll be tracking your flight’s arrival. As soon as you land, you will receive a call or WhatsApp message from our driver. This message will include the exact pick-up location and any important details about your pick-up.
3. Where will my driver meet me?
Your driver will meet you directly at the Arrival Hall, holding a placard with your name. The exact pick-up point will be assigned by the driver and could be in locations such as the coach bay, basement, or driveway. If you’re unsure, the driver will guide you to the pick-up point.
4. How long will the driver wait for me?
We offer 1 hour of complimentary waiting time starting from your official flight arrival time. This gives you time to clear customs and collect your luggage. If you need extra time, we charge $10 for each 15-minute block beyond the first hour.
5. What happens if I need more time?
If you need more waiting time after the complimentary hour, $10 will be charged for every additional 15-minute block. Please note that the driver will only wait for a reasonable amount of time, so it’s best to stay in touch with us in case of delays.
6. Are the vehicles wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our vehicles are wheelchair accessible. They come equipped with ramps that allow you to stay in your wheelchair during the ride without having to get out. This ensures a more comfortable and safe travel experience for passengers with limited mobility.
