💼 Standard Service Charges

Depending on the nature and time of your trip, some additional fees may apply.

Here’s a clear explanation of our standard surcharges:

• Midnight Surcharge (11:45 PM – 6:00 AM):
  For bookings during these hours, a flat surcharge of $10 applies. This helps cover the additional operating costs of late-night services.

• Airport Drop-off (1-Way):
  Free of charge – we don’t charge extra for getting you to the airport. It’s all part of the service.

• Airport Pick-Up – Driveway:
  We offer curbside pickup from Changi Airport for $10. Your driver will be waiting in the driveway area and will call or WhatsApp you once your flight lands.

• Airport Pick-Up – Meet & Greet:
  Prefer a more personal service? For $20, our driver will meet you inside the arrival hall holding a placard with your name. Ideal for first-time visitors, elderly passengers, or VIP guests.

• Extra Stop (Within 2 KM):
  If you need to make an extra stop along the way (within 2 kilometers of your route), it’s just $10 per stop.

• Wheelchair Ramp Fee:
  For passengers needing a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, a $10 fee is added to cover the special equipment and service. Our vans include built-in ramps, so passengers do not need to leave their wheelchair.

• Waiting Time for Airport Pick-ups:
  We offer 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after your plane lands. If extra time is needed, it’s just $10 for every 15-minute block thereafter.

We always track your flight using your flight number, so even if your arrival is delayed, we adjust your pickup time at no extra cost.
