Terminal 1 is directly connected to Jewel Changi Airport
After clearing customs at T1, you can walk straight into Jewel — the indoor waterfall (Rain Vortex), Canopy Park, and retail/dining without going outside. If you want to spend time at Jewel before your transfer, your driver waits at no charge within the 60-minute complimentary window.
Your driver waits at the Arrival Hall kerb on Level 1, outside the customs exit. Driver sends a WhatsApp with their exact bay number when they arrive. No entry fee, no waiting inside — fastest option for experienced travellers.
Your driver enters Terminal 1 and waits inside the Arrival Hall — past the customs exit — holding a namecard with your name. They assist with your luggage trolley to the vehicle. Recommended for first-time visitors, elderly passengers, and VIP arrivals.
We track your flight number in real time. Early landing, delayed flight, gate change — your driver adjusts their arrival accordingly.
Always verify your terminal on your boarding pass — airline assignments occasionally change.

Terminal 1 sits at the eastern end of Changi and is the only terminal connected directly to Jewel — after clearing arrivals you can walk straight into the Rain Vortex and Canopy Park without stepping outside. Arrivals are on Level 1, where our drivers meet you at the kerb-side pickup zone (Arrival Halls A and B). If you're continuing to the city, the Changi Airport MRT station sits under Terminals 2 and 3, a short Skytrain ride away. Here's a quick look around T1, plus the official links you'll actually use.

Where exactly do you pick up at Terminal 1?
For standard (kerb) pickups, your driver waits at the Arrival Hall Level 1 vehicle pickup zone — outside the customs exit. Arrival Hall A serves rows 1–5; Arrival Hall B serves rows 6–10. Your driver will WhatsApp you their exact bay when they arrive. For Meet & Greet, the driver is inside the hall with a namecard.
Which airlines use Terminal 1?
Terminal 1 serves Scoot (many routes), Jetstar Asia, Qantas, Air India, Firefly, Batik Air Malaysia, VietJet Air, and several other carriers. Always check your boarding pass or airline website for your exact terminal — airline assignments occasionally change.
Is Terminal 1 connected to Jewel Changi Airport?
Yes — directly. Jewel is physically attached to Terminal 1. After clearing customs at T1, you can walk straight into Jewel's indoor waterfall, gardens, and shopping without going outside. If you want to spend time at Jewel before your transfer, let your driver know in advance.
What if my flight arrives very late at night?
We operate 24/7. Late-night and early-morning flights are fully covered. A midnight surcharge of $10 applies to pickups or drop-offs between 23:30 and 06:15 — this is already factored into your quote if applicable. Your driver will be at Terminal 1 regardless of the hour.
Can I pre-book for a group arriving on the same flight?
Yes — and we recommend it for groups. Select the vehicle that fits your party: Alphard for up to 6, V-Class for 7, Hiace for up to 13. One vehicle, one fixed price, the whole group leaves together. No coordination, no waiting for separate Grab arrivals.
Fixed price, flight tracking, and a driver who waits for you — not the other way around.
