Timings vary with your tea ceremony and banquet, but this is the flow our chauffeurs most often drive. Sharing your actual programme lets us set the right pickup times and buffer for photos and traffic.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for peak wedding dates (Saturdays, public holidays, and auspicious dates on the Chinese calendar). Popular dates fill up quickly.
Can I request specific ribbon and floral colours?
Standard decoration is a white and gold ribbon bow with white florals. Custom colour requests (e.g. champagne, blush pink) can be accommodated with 1-week advance notice.
What if the wedding runs over time?
Our packages include the agreed duration. If you need more time, we can extend at an hourly rate — please inform us as early as possible so we can check driver availability.
Do you coordinate multiple vehicles for the full party?
