How does corporate billing work?
Trips are consolidated into a single monthly e-invoice with a per-trip breakdown (date, passenger, vehicle, route, and fare). GST is shown separately so your finance team can claim input tax. Payment terms are agreed when the account is opened.
Do you provide a GST e-invoice for expense claims?
Yes. Each trip receipt and the monthly statement are issued as a PDF e-invoice with the GST amount itemised, formatted for expense and input-tax claims.
How long does it take to open a corporate account?
Setup usually takes under 24 hours. We register your billing contact and any executives who will book, then share the booking channel and, if required, complete your vendor-onboarding paperwork.
Can multiple staff book under one account?
Yes. You can register several executives or EAs under one account. Each can book independently while everything is billed centrally on the monthly statement.
