Do you cover all areas in Singapore?

Yes — we operate islandwide, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Area surcharges apply for some zones (North, West, South, and industrial areas). The surcharge is fixed and disclosed at booking — there are no surprises.

Is there an extra charge for Changi Airport?

Airport transfers carry no additional surcharge beyond the standard fare. Our airport fares already include the CAAS airport surcharge and ERP charges. Your driver tracks your flight and adjusts their arrival for delays.

Do you serve Sentosa Island?

Yes. Sentosa is covered with a +$5 area surcharge to account for the Sentosa Gateway toll, which we absorb. Your fixed price already includes this.

Can you pick up from industrial zones like Tuas or Jurong Island?

Yes. Tuas and Jurong Island are not covered by our standard fixed pricing — due to restricted access and variable routing, these are quoted separately on request. WhatsApp us your pickup and destination for a fixed quote. Other industrial areas like the Changi Cargo Complex and PSA Pasir Panjang Port carry a standard +$20 area surcharge and can be booked online as usual.

Do you operate cross-border to Malaysia?

Yes. We provide private door-to-door transfers to Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Genting Highlands, and Malacca. Cross-border bookings require at least 24 hours notice. WhatsApp us for a fixed quote.
