Do you provide emergency transport?
No. We are a non-emergency private transfer service. For medical emergencies, call 995 for SCDF ambulance immediately. Our service is for planned, non-urgent hospital trips — discharge, outpatient appointments, and inter-hospital transfers.
Can the driver assist the patient into the car?
Yes. Our drivers are briefed to assist patients in and out of the vehicle. For passengers with significant mobility challenges, please inform us at the time of booking so we can send the appropriate vehicle and driver.
How much waiting time is included?
We include up to 30 minutes of free waiting time at hospitals and clinics. Medical appointments often overrun and we account for this in our scheduling. If a significantly longer wait is expected, please let us know.
Can I book a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Yes. We have a wheelchair-accessible maxi cab with a hydraulic ramp. It must be pre-booked — it cannot be dispatched on short notice. WhatsApp us at least 24 hours before your trip to secure availability.
