How far in advance should we book MICE transport?
For events with 5+ vehicles, we recommend 1–2 weeks advance notice. For large-scale events (conferences, exhibitions), 4+ weeks allows us to guarantee vehicle availability and coordinate drivers properly.
Do you provide a single point of contact for coordination?
Yes. All MICE bookings are assigned a dedicated coordinator who handles scheduling, driver briefings, and any on-the-day changes via WhatsApp.
Can you handle last-minute changes on the day?
Yes, within reason. Our coordinator is available via WhatsApp throughout your event. Minor schedule adjustments — earlier pick-ups, additional stops — are handled in real time.
Is billing per trip or per day?
Both options are available. Per-trip billing suits shorter events; per-day charter rates are cost-effective for multi-day conferences. We'll recommend the most appropriate arrangement for your schedule.
