Book Wheelchair-Accessible Transport in Singapore

A vehicle built around the wheelchair, not adapted after the fact — hydraulic ramp, four-point restraint, and a trained driver. The passenger stays in their own chair for the whole journey. Fixed price, available 24/7.

Wheelchair-accessible maxi cab in Singapore

How boarding works

No steps, no lifting, no being carried — four simple, dignified steps from kerb to seated.

1

The ramp comes to you

The hydraulic ramp lowers from the rear of the vehicle at kerb level — no steps, no lifting, no being carried.

2

Roll straight in

The passenger stays in their own wheelchair and rolls up the ramp into position. The driver assists as much or as little as needed.

3

Secured properly

A four-point floor restraint locks the wheelchair in place, with a separate occupant belt for the passenger, before the vehicle moves.

4

Travel with dignity

The passenger rides seated in their own chair for the whole journey — no transfers in and out, no undignified manoeuvring.

Booking wheelchair transport — FAQ

How do I book wheelchair-accessible transport in Singapore?

WhatsApp us at +65 9777 5151 with your date, time, pickup, destination, and the wheelchair type (manual or powered) plus approximate dimensions and weight. We confirm the vehicle can accommodate it and give you a fixed all-inclusive price. Book at least 24 hours ahead to guarantee availability.

Does the passenger transfer out of their wheelchair?

No. The passenger stays in their wheelchair for the entire journey. The hydraulic ramp deploys from the rear, the wheelchair rolls in, and a four-point floor restraint secures it before departure — no lifting or transfers.

What types of wheelchair can the vehicle take?

Standard manual wheelchairs and most powered/electric wheelchairs. Please give us the approximate dimensions (length × width) and total weight (passenger + chair) when booking. We confirm fit before accepting — we will not take a booking we cannot fulfil safely.

How far in advance must I book?

At least 24 hours to guarantee a wheelchair vehicle. For recurring trips (dialysis, chemotherapy, physiotherapy), contact us to set up a weekly schedule with priority allocation. Same-day requests are attempted but cannot be guaranteed.

Can I set up recurring wheelchair transport?

Yes, and we recommend it for regular appointments. We arrange a recurring schedule with the same driver where possible — consistent timing and a familiar face make a real difference. WhatsApp us to set one up.
