What is the difference between the Mercedes E-Class, S-Class, and Alphard?
The E-Class seats 4 with executive leather and wood trim — ideal for solo or couple transfers. The S-Class is the pinnacle of luxury: massage seats, panoramic sunroof, and rear entertainment. The Alphard is a premium Japanese MPV seating up to 6 with captain seats — perfect for families or corporate groups.
Is there a minimum booking period for hourly charter?
Yes, the minimum charter engagement is 3 hours. This includes all stops, waiting time, and tolls within Singapore.
Can I request a specific limousine model?
Yes. When booking, select your preferred vehicle. Subject to availability — we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for E-Class or S-Class, and 4 hours for the Alphard.
Are airport surcharges included in the limousine price?
Yes. All our prices are all-inclusive — ERP charges and CAAS airport surcharges are absorbed. The only optional add-ons are Meet & Greet (+$25), a flat $10 midnight fee (23:30–06:15), and child seats (+$20). One price, no surprises.
