How do we transport a class on an excursion?
How many students each vehicle seats, and how many vehicles a typical class or cohort needs. Backpacks travel in the rear; a teacher or chaperone seat reduces student capacity by one.

How many students fit in each vehicle?
Our Toyota Hiace 9-seater accommodates 9 students plus the driver (8 if a teacher or chaperone is seated). The 13-seater accommodates 13 students plus the driver. Backpacks fit in the rear luggage area.
Can we book multiple minibuses for a large group?
Yes. We can coordinate a fleet of 2–6 vehicles departing from the same school at the same time. Each vehicle has its own driver; one is designated lead driver and liaises with the teacher in charge.
Is the price fixed regardless of traffic?
Yes. Once we confirm your itinerary and price, that price does not change — even if there is a traffic jam or the trip takes longer than estimated.
Do you provide invoices for school accounts?
Yes. We issue a tax invoice after each trip, addressed to your school's finance department. For schools that need a vendor application process, WhatsApp us with your requirements.
Can we change the schedule on the day?
Minor changes (e.g., 15 minutes early at a venue, an extra stop) can usually be accommodated and communicated via WhatsApp. Significant itinerary changes should be confirmed the day before.
