Where exactly do you pick up at Terminal 2?

For standard (kerb) pickups, your driver waits at the Arrival Hall Level 1 vehicle pickup zone outside the customs exit. T2 has Arrival Hall C and Arrival Hall D — your driver will WhatsApp their exact location. For Meet & Greet, the driver is inside the hall with a namecard, past the customs exit, at the arrival greeter zone.

Which airlines use Terminal 2?

Terminal 2 serves Singapore Airlines (SQ) flights to Southeast Asia, South Korea, Japan, and the Maldives, as well as Star Alliance partners including Lufthansa, ANA, Thai Airways, Air New Zealand, Turkish Airlines, and Asiana. SQ long-haul routes (India, Australia, Europe, USA) mainly depart from Terminal 3. Always verify on your boarding pass — assignments change by route.

Is Terminal 2 connected to Terminal 3?

Yes — T2 and T3 are connected via an underground automated people mover (the inter-terminal train). If your driver is waiting at T2 but you have a connecting passenger at T3, they can walk between terminals without going outside. Note this takes 5–10 minutes including the people mover.

Singapore Airlines red-eye flights arrive very early — are you available?

Yes. We operate 24/7, including the 05:00–06:30 window when most SQ long-haul flights land. A midnight surcharge of $10 applies to pickups between 23:30 and 06:15 — this is reflected in your quote upfront. Your driver will be at T2 before you clear immigration, regardless of landing time.

Can I book for a large SQ group on the same flight?

Yes. For Singapore Airlines business class and premium cabin passengers arriving together, our Mercedes S-Class or V-Class is popular. For larger groups, the Hiace 13-seater accommodates up to 13 passengers with 8 suitcases. One vehicle, one fixed price, the entire delegation leaves together.
