Do you have a dedicated 9-seater maxi cab?
We do not operate a standalone 9-seater configuration. For groups of 8–10, we recommend our Toyota Hiace 13-seater, booked privately for your group. You get all 13 seats to yourselves — the extra space means more comfort for passengers and more room for luggage. The price is per vehicle, not per seat.
Is the Toyota Hiace price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The Hiace is $85 airport arrival and $75 departure — covering all seats. For a group of 9, that is $9.44 per person on arrival. Compare that to three separate Grab bookings (each $25–40 with surge) and the Hiace is consistently cheaper once all surcharges are factored in.
How many suitcases fit in the Hiace 13-seater?
Up to 8 large (28") suitcases in the rear luggage bay. The overhead rack accommodates additional hand luggage. For a group of 9 with 9 large suitcases, WhatsApp us before booking to confirm the configuration — some bags may need to go on the overhead rack.
Is the Hiace available 24 hours a day?
Yes. The Hiace operates 24/7, including public holidays. A midnight surcharge of $10 applies for pickups or drop-offs between 23:30 and 06:15. For late-night flights, book in advance — midnight slots fill quickly during peak travel periods.
Can I book the Hiace for a cross-border trip to Malaysia?
Yes. The Hiace 13-seater is one of our most popular vehicles for group cross-border travel to Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Genting Highlands, and Malacca. At least 24 hours advance booking required. All passengers must carry valid Singapore/Malaysian travel documents.
Is a GST invoice available for the Hiace?
Yes. All bookings receive an emailed receipt with full GST breakdown after the trip. A formal tax invoice with our UEN (2018300032) and GST registration number is available on request — suitable for corporate expense claims and school administration.
