When you book with us — online, via WhatsApp, or by phone — we collect: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight number (for airport transfers), and payment method.

If you pay by card or PayNow, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers.

We collect basic analytics data (pages visited, device type, country) via Google Analytics 4 to improve the website.

To confirm your booking and send you a booking reference via email or WhatsApp.

To dispatch the correct driver and vehicle to your pickup location.

To send you a receipt or GST tax invoice after your trip.

To contact you if your driver is delayed or if we need to clarify booking details.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Stripe — payment processing (card and PayNow). Your card data is handled entirely by Stripe under their PCI-DSS compliance.

Resend — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, receipts).

Supabase — secure cloud database (PostgreSQL, hosted in Singapore).

Google Analytics 4 — anonymous website usage statistics. You can opt out by installing the GA opt-out browser extension.

OneMap (Singapore Land Authority) — address lookup and route distance calculation for fare estimates. No personal data is shared with SLA.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in to your Platinum Club account.

We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. These are anonymised and do not identify you personally.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to your account.

Booking records (including personal details and trip information) are retained for 7 years to comply with Singapore IRAS GST record-keeping requirements.

OTP verification codes are deleted immediately after use.

Analytics data is retained for 26 months as per Google Analytics default settings.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you. Email admin@platinummaxicab.com to request a copy.

You may request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of your account and associated records (subject to our legal retention obligations).
